Welcome to Morgan Junction

Foodies and artists embraced with open arms.

This quaint, artsy, and food-centric neighborhood resides just south of North Admiral and west of Alki. The main attraction here is the many dining options available to its inhabitants.

What is now a thriving neighborhood was once not much of a community. In 1907, two streetcar lines were connected to California Ave SR and SW Alaska St, provoking real estate agencies to open for business. The town became known as “The Junction.” Junction became a full-fledged business district by 1911 and has since become home to many companies and restaurants.

This neighborhood showcases homes of various architectural styles, including Seattle Box, Craftsman, Bungalow, Tudor, Dutch Colonial, Mid-century, Modern, and more! Many architecture firms can build your dream home, including McNelis Architects, a company specializing in custom residential, multi-family low-rise, and small commercial projects.
