Mara Haveson

Managing Broker

Not your average broker, Mara Haveson began her career by earning her real estate license at the young age of 18. By age 19, she had bought and flipped her first house, and by 21, she had closed everything from single family homes to industrial properties. Real estate was in her blood. She grew up in the industry helping her parents run a boutique real estate business In Pittsburgh, PA. Mara moved out West to build her career and start a family. Nearly two decades and hundreds of clients later, Mara reflects on her career:

“I love seeing my long-term clients come back time after time as their lives progress. A client may have bought her first condo with me, then came back to buy her first family home with me, and now she’s ready to step up to a home with a view. It’s very satisfying.”

Today Mara averages over $35 million in sales annually, and is now considered a veteran with 100% of her business being referrals. She holds such titles as Master Negotiator, Managing Broker, ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), QSC (Quality Service Certified), and ABR Accredited Buyers Representative). Mara continues to buck the trend for what is considered normal in the real estate world, living by one of her favorite quotes:

"We can always be average and do what is normal; I am not in this to do what is normal.”
